At Henry Lloyd Construction, we price our projects differently to most similar companies.

 

In the average situation, one would have to pay out a fortune to many different supposedly independent individuals, all trying to get as much money out of you as they can. There would be an architect, a surveyor, a quantity surveyor, mechanical and electrical consultants, structural engineers, not to mention contractors,  who would all need to be paid separately for the different tasks they individually do. As well as this, often the main contractor will take a cut from each other individual for passing the job onto them. They will, of course, compensate themselves for this by charging you a little bit extra, even though you are already paying the main contractor for their services.

The Difference

At Henry Lloyd Construction, we use our knowledge and experience of the industry to cut out these “hangers on”, thereby saving you roughly 25% on the total cost of your project. This is no meagre sum of money. We do not employ separate architects, surveyors or the like (though you are of course welcome to employ your own architect if you so wish and we'll take over when he's finished).

The Project Manager

We utilise the concept of a project manager to bring a project from its initial conception to its full completion. He will take charge of the project personally and ensure it is not only to your satisfaction (working with you every step of the way), but that it is cost efficient as he will be doing the majority if the jobs each of the different people above would normally do a fraction of simply to get their cut. This not only ensures a personal service and greater attention being given to your project, but also a more honest price that could ultimately save you thousands.
